Intimacy With God
Day-1
There are people in your life you are very close with. You might not use the word “intimate” to define your relationship, but, intimacy defines that relationship really well. How did your relationship grow closer?
Shared Experiences.
Well, that’s also how intimacy grows with God. The way we grow intimacy with God is through shared experiences.
In what way can you share an experience with god today?
In Mark 1:35 Jesus gives us an example of how to spend intentional time with God.
Very early in the morning, while it was still dark, Jesus got up, left the house and went off to a solitary place, where he prayed.

Spend intentional time with him today.

Intimacy With God
Day-2
You ever heard the phrase, “it’s the little things?” For the longest Time I hoped the little things would at some point add up to one big thing.
Until I realized:

The little things are the important things
The little things are the incredible things
The little things are the special things.
Think about it.

Remembering someone’s name maybe a little thing to you but a big thing to the person’s named you remembered. Because for them, they’ve always been forgotten.
In 1st Timothy 4:4 we are reminded that...
Since everything God created is good, we should not reject any of it but receive it with thanks.
Looking for god in the normalcy of life requires us to not overlook the little things.
