Day-1
Change Playlist
There are changes in your life that are simply outside of your control. Maybe you've spent your entire life making sure you are in the best of health. But, you received a call from your doctor informing you that your recent check up caused concerned. You've been married for years and all of a sudden your spouse tells you they want a divorce. Or you've finally found a community of people who value and love you but you've received a dream job offer in another state. Maybe you are in that season of your life right now whether good or bad, where change is happening and you don't know what to do. Because of this, you are questioning God and his goodness. I want to encourage you with this reminder, God loves you and everything he does even when you can't see it, is for your good.

God's reminder that he is for your good.
Romans 8:28 - And we know for all those who love God all things work together for good for all those who are called according to his purpose.

Prayer:
God, help me to remember you are good even when things in my life are changing.
Change
Day-2
Change Playlist
Have you ever spent time planning and preparing for an event or for a special occasion. Then you receive a text letting you know that the plans have changed? Does it frustrate you? Many times the level of frustration is determined by the level of importance. A movie with friends being canceled, or plans to go on a run with your brother or sister who you see often might not cause much frustration. But if you’d spent the entire year planning a trip to Italy, and all of sudden it’s canceled, you may be more than frustrated. You’d be downright angry and quite frankly disappointed. In this moment it’s important to acknowledge that the change you are experiencing is frustrating.
But where do you point your frustration?. Who or what ends up on the receiving end of your frustration? When plans change and it causes frustration, know that it is okay to be frustrated. However, I want to encourage you to not point your frustration at others but instead draw nearer to God and trust his plan for your life.

God's reminder to us when we are frustrated or angry:
Ephesians 4:26 - Be angry but do not sin; do not let the sun go down on your anger
God's reminder to us when plans change:
Jeremiah 29:11 - For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
Prayer:
God, help me to trust your plans for my life even when I'm frustrated and angry.
Change
Day-3
Change Playlist
You’ve been experiencing change your entire life. Things changing isn’t something new. Change is constant. And certain change you can prepare for. By putting an umbrella or a jacket in your car, you prepare for the weather to change. By having a savings account, you prepare for some form of financial change. By having an extra shirt in your bag, you prepare to be a messy eater. But what happens when you have change that disrupts your entire well-being? From conversations with many people over the years, words like stress, worry, anxiety, anger, frustration and stagnation are words that describe how they feel when they experience this type of change. One of the more common phrases is this one, "when change disrupts my life, I think God doesn't love me and has given up on me."

If I were to tell you that I understand exactly what you are experiencing, I'd be lying to you. But even when days have seemed darkest and I think God has stopped loving me, I am reminded that although change is constant, God's love is consistent and he's the same yesterday, today and forever. So be reminded that his love is unfailing and he cares so much for you.

God's reminder to us that he loves us.
1st John 3:1 - See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are!
Jeremiah 31:3 - I have loved you with an everlasting love; I have drawn you with unfailing kindness.

Prayer:
God, thank you for your love and I pray that I will be open to receiving the love you have for me.
